If your MediClear patches show no absorption at all (no color change or visible absorption) due to a product defect, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Simply contact our support team with a brief description and a photo of the patch used as directed. If a defect is confirmed, we’ll issue a refund or replacement — no hassle.

 Our 30-day guarantee covers manufacturing defects or non-absorbing patches only. Results may vary by skin type and blemish stage. Refunds are not offered for normal variation in performance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
